Chef Sun Meng Hy is a highly respected culinary leader with a career spanning over two decades, during which he has gained recognition for his exceptional skills, leadership, and passion for the art of cooking. He currently serves as Professional Head of Chef in La Vida Sky Bar & La Vida Floating by Morgan Group, overseeing all culinary operations and menu design. In addition to his hands-on kitchen leadership at La Vida Sky Bar, Chef Sun Meng Hy is an influential figure in Cambodia’s culinary community, serving as a Board Director of the Cambodia Chefs Society and an active member of the Cambodia Chefs Association (CCA) and Cambodia Judges for food Competition of CamFood/CamHotel. He is also widely known as a judge of Masterchef Cambodia Seasons 3 and 4, where he mentors and evaluates aspiring chefs, helping to elevate the country’s culinary standards.
